There is no representing this person. He admits he is guilty. Could anyone honestly believe a jury will be more lenient than a judge? If I as a member of the jury missed work to listen to a ranting person plead guilty and asks me to determine his punishment, all I would need to know is what is the maximum number of months/years by pleading guilty he could receive, then guess what? Thats the number + 5 years if I can. Ridiculous.

But if it helps you sleep at night for the next 3 to 7 years complaining about something completely irrelevant , who am I to judge? 😂 These idiots should not be allowed to waste court resources with this nonsense of not answering questions directly, asking the same thing over and over and repeatedly making irrelevant claims, statements and arguments. I watched a case earlier where one of these guys tied up 2 attorneys, 3 court support personnel and the judge for over 3 hrs of nonsense. How much is that costing taxpayers? 4 people with advanced post graduate degrees and 2 with bachelors minimally making God knows what off the state wasting time with an obviously guilty idiot.
